    Okinawa’s first Craft Gin, feel the breeze of “Mahae” from the most southern island in Japan Okinawa, the southern island of Japan, is far away from England and Europe, where’s the home of Gin. When the first drop of Okinawan Gin dripped in the distillery, we were in the middle of hot summer and we felt Okinawa’s seasonal wind “Mahae”. The factory overflowed with aroma that has never been felt before.

    OKINAWAN UNIQUE “CHAMPURU SPIRITS”

    Okinawan unique “Champuru spirits” We are a group of genuine craftsman of making traditionaldistilled liquor “Awamori for over 130 years, and we are curious craftsman at the same time. Itʼ s just like an Okinawan Champuru (mix different things together) spirits.While creating our own Gin recipe, we carefully selected six different types of botanicals, and we pursued the production of gin making the most of its characteristics.

    HYBRID MAKING METHOD

    Our original “Hybrid Making Method” by using two distillation pots unlike common multiple distilled Gin, Awamori distilleries use single distillation pot. Masahiro Distillery owns two kinds of single distillation pots, and we’ve been using them according to the different characteristics of Awamori. Masahiro’s Gin is utilizing the features of each of our two single distillation pot and achieved its unreplaceable flavor. This is also a result of our distillation technology accumulated over a century of Awamori making.
